Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. If you do not cancel the plan at the end of the trial, your will be charged monthly.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to any paid plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided there has been no significant use of the service during that period. Refund eligibility may be denied if the service has been actively used.

To request a refund, email us at support@fitnesspilot.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not issued for the remainder of a billing cycle. However, we review each case individually. If you have experienced a technical issue that significantly impaired your use of the Service, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

4. Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel before a renewal date, we will consider a refund request provided:

  • You contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
  • You have not made significant use of the Service during the new billing period.

To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing tab inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge, where significant use has occurred.
  • Charges resulting from the user failing to cancel a subscription they no longer wanted, where more than 7 days have passed since renewal.
  • Accounts or subscriptions with significant usage of the service during the billing period. Refunds may not be granted where the service has been actively used.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation stops future billing. You keep full access until the end of your current period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
  • A refund request returns money already paid. If approved, your subscription also ends.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app — no need to contact us.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no control over how long your bank takes to post the credit.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations or EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable.
