By accessing or using FitnessPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
FitnessPilot is an AI-powered fitness and diet planning platform. We generate personalised workout and nutrition programmes based on information you provide, including your age, health goals, fitness level, and physical limitations. The Service also includes an AI coaching assistant, progress tracking, and a food diary.
FitnessPilot is designed as a general wellness tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or diet programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We particularly serve adults aged 28–65+, but the Service is open to all adults.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@fitnesspilot.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with another person. One account is intended for one individual user.
FitnessPilot offers the following subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing at the frequency you select. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

All content, software, designs, and materials on FitnessPilot are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitnessPilot and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
